Comments: I would like to thank you for a lovely night out on your "fish and chip" cruise last night.
I took a group of 5 friends and was uncertain what sort of time we would have had, but we all thought it was fantastic.
the boat was lovely and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and cheery. The fish and chips were yummy and the atmosphere was fantastic, even resulting in everyone on board joining in the Abba singsong at the end of the night!!
We had a night out to remember and hope to do it again before too long and will certainly recommend it to others.

Comments: I am writing to thank you and your staff for being so helpful to our group during our trip.
We booked a trip but unfortunately we were held up in traffic and were very late arriving, I did telephone and was assured that the boat would wait until we arrived.
When we eventually did get there we were met with courtesy and help from the staff. We also had a lady with us who had mobility problems, again your staff were kind and helpful. We cannot priase them enough.
We all enjoyed our trip on the canal and hope to have another next year.
